Web of Connections

Yesterday Darlene Centanni and myself attended the 2012 "Amazing Connections" Networking Event. Wow! What a turn out. There were so many people there and a large variety of many different vendors. Anywhere from a Financial Advisor to jewlers to even a psycic!

Take a look at what Darlene and I had set up at our table.

This was the "Draw your Connections" game. The vendors names were listed in the pink bubbles around the circle, the visitors took a sticker and wrote their name on it to stick somewhere on the board. What you would do is draw a line to all the people/companies you know. Throughout the day, we asked for people to come back to update their web of connections. It seemed like everybody really enjoyed it!

  1. I love this idea of drawing connections! I make mosaic mandalas, which is a circle form, and about connecting us with light. I'm glad my company, Nutmeg Designs, is connected with Centennial! You have made some awesome business cards and postcards for us.

  5. Cool idea! I've never seen anything like that before. And a great way to get people to interact with you in a setting where often times vendors struggle to get people to visit the booth for more than a quick second!
